What is the minimum age to purchase?

You must be 21 years of age or older to enter or make a purchase. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for verification upon entry and at the point of sale. No exceptions.

What types of products will you offer?

We plan to offer cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, cartridges, tinctures, topicals, and accessories. All products will be sourced from licensed and tested Minnesota cultivators and manufacturers. We emphasize organic and local providers.

Are there limits on how much I can purchase?

Yes. Adults 21+ may purchase and possess up to 2 ounces of cannabis flower, 8 grams of concentrates, or edibles containing up to 800 mg of THC in a single transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash for all transactions. We also offer credit card processing through Vector (with a fee) for Visa or Mastercard, and on-site ATM services.

Where should I park?

There is a public parking garage right next door with the entrance on First St. There's also metered parking along First St. and Superior St. Download the Park Duluth App to facilitate future visits!

Where can I consume the products I purchase?

According to Minnesota law, consumption is only permitted on private property with the owner's permission. Public use is prohibited. We encourage safe, responsible consumption—start low and go slow!
